1. Introduction and Acceptance

Withdrawals can only be made to an account or mobile wallet that belongs to the registered account holder. Transfers to third parties are not permitted.

Wagering Requirements

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, regardless of the game type.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using 55ww for any unlawful financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, also known as bonus abuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55ww's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

55ww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity on the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• A player's own voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines and completed KYC verification.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
